But sometimes. students do keep the book for long as there is not enough copy of that book in the library, and they cannot buy it, and also fear that they will not be able to get it reissued. Hence, an ethically heavy fine is not a good option. And the libraries should be lenient on students for this. And even then students will work well because all want to excel in their life.
