You can fix your sleeping schedule by setting up plans for everyday basis. For example sleep and wake up on the hours that are fixed for yourself. Also Keep track on what you do repetitively and how you can squeeze other things to get done ! Please leave a like (:
maybe try having a to-do list? they help me a lot bc it helps me with what i had to get done during the day. then at night once i’ve finished everything i can have a peaceful sleep knowing i got everything done. <3
