The Silk Road began in China and ran westward through India and Persia ending in the Byzantine Empire in the city of Constantinople. The Silk Road allowed for goods to move between all of the regions and empires but also created cultural exchange. Each empire learned about science, math, language, and technological advances from one another creating peaks in the power of the empires along the Silk Road.
