                            *Both address 3 branches of government

                            *They both allow amendments

Differences

*The US Constitution has no provisions regarding:

*Ineligibility due to criminal convictions

*Education

*Support for widows and orphans

*PA focuses more on individuals

*The PA Constitution states people have rights to clean air, water, and natural resources

*US senators serve 6 years, PA senators serve 4 years

*PA senators can be younger

*Judges have to retire at age 75 (PA)
