The rule for object moving at constant (average) velocity is
[tex]s=vt[/tex]
where [tex]s[/tex] is the space, [tex]v[/tex] is the velocity and [tex]t[/tex] is time. We deduce that
[tex]t=\dfrac{s}{v}[/tex]
So, to travel 450km at a rate of 130km/h, it will take
[tex]t=\dfrac{450}{130}\approx 3.5[/tex]
So, starting 1PM, after about 3.5 hours it wil be 4.30PM
