Over the years the business has come so far from doing trades at markets to corporate companies with massive Intel and employees, but when it comes to outsourcing and offshoring what is the best way to do it. Let's explain what they both do and accomplish, Offshoring Is when people with mostly large business do there work overseas, outsourcing is again when business mostly large ones but they have people doing the work for them. Here we will be showing why offshoring is better than outsourcing and why a business should stop what there doing.
I don't agree with outsourcing, because you should be the one taking care of your business affairs and not relying on someone else in a different country to do the work for you. It's fine having people help you with things you need because you obviously can't do a whole entire business by your self, even if your running it and are the 100% owner of the business you must have people helping you such as secretaries, meetings with other corporate businesses and , ETC.
People will always be there to help but that does not mean that you can't do the work for your self. For example, If you always wanted to become a barista at a coffee shop, Then you would normally get help from other employee's but you cant dare ask for them to do all the work while you sit and simply just greet the customers. You wanted to become a barista but if you're not doing the job and some are and you're still getting paid for doing nothing that was the point of wanting to do something if your just gonna rely on people who are working much harder than you and most likely are getting paid much less.
Life is good on the people on the top of the pyramid, yes the pyramid. If you imagine a pyramid than you you know that it gets smaller at the top, this is the people I am talking about. There is plenty of people at the bottom of the pyramid and less as it gets to the top. The people who do almost nothing except pay the bills get paid more than the people at the bottom, That one person can get paid more than all of the people at the bottom combined. Pretty sad. Do you think that people should work harder than anyone and get smushed to the bottom? What do you believe in?
