Dominique is a 17-year-old girl who is 20 lbs overweight. She is really shy and a little embarrassed by the fact that she has put on 30 lbs in less than a year. Dominique is an introvert who struggles with motivation to get fit. She also is saving up to buy a car and can not afford a gym membership at this time. She really wants to get in shape but does not know where to start.
