Answer: I personally agree with this statement. Mostly due to the fact that you don't take care of your heart health (like not doing cardio, not smoking, and eating fatty foods) your heart deteriorates over time which can cause a heart attack or stroke.
i agree. cardio is required to help keep your heart healthy. muscle fitness is important because your body is constantly working, thus needing to have the energy to keep going throughout the day. working out can give your muscles memory and help make things easier on a daily basis.
