90 because how many more means to subtract so u subtract 150 from 60 and you will get 60.

a 12 yr old blinks 150 times in 15 minutes....so the kid blinks 150 * 4 = 600 times in 60 minutes.

The adult blinks 300 more times then the kid does (in 60 minutes)
