Now that i have plants with large yellow flowers, will i continue to be able to to breed them and continue to get mostly large yellow flowers

Depends if the genes the plant has are homozygous or heterozygous to the plant that it's getting breeded with.

If the large yellow flower gene is dominant, than yes.

If it's recessive, possibly not.
