The UNDHR contains the rights that people of all countries aroung the world have, while the US Bill of Rights only grants the rights to US citizens only. They both are similar in purpose and some rights are also common in both the documents.

Freedom of religion and speech, Freedom of assembly, and association, Right to due process, Freedom for arbitrary arrest, Freedom from slavery are mentioned in both documents.

While Right to bear arms, Freedom from housing troops, Right to a jury trial are only present in US Bill of Rights and not in UNDHR. While Right to remedy,Right to be innocent unless proven guilty, Right to free movement, Right to asylum, Right to nationality, Right to family, Right to social security are only mentioned in UNDHR and not in US Bill of rights.
