UNDHR is a document of human rights, it was accepted by the UN general assembly on 10th October 1948, when 48 out of 58 members voted in its favour.

The first ten amendments of the US constitution are called the Bill of Rights. It grants various freedoms to the US citizens and limits the power of the government.

The UNDHR contains the rights that people of all countries aroung the world have, while the US Bill of Rights only grants the rights to US citizens only. They both are similar in purpose and some rights are also common in both the documents.

Freedom of religion and speech, Freedom of assembly, and association, Right to due process, Freedom for arbitrary arrest, Freedom from slavery are mentioned in both documents.

While Right to bear arms, Freedom from housing troops, Right to a jury trial are only present in US Bill of Rights and not in UNDHR.
