I have wide hips and a bigger butt and a small waist I did gymnastics for 6 years so I kind of give credit to that but honestly just eat more green foods and fermented foods and do lower body and waist workouts. You can also listen to subliminal(s)  I suggest noonchi or Miss Synergy on You tube I have been listening to them for years and they definitely work. Best of Luck! Do mostly glute workouts but if the pain is near your hamstring I suggest you not to do that work out because that’s what many people do wrong to grow glute
