Respuesta :

Answer:

It traches humans to memorize

Explanation:

Answer:

You can use repetition to help you retain your speech by repeating it after you write it in a spaced manner. Repetition helps to implant information into your long-term memory rather than the short-term. You are constantly using your 5 senses so your brain filters them out in a process called "selective filtering". The reason this is in place is because if you were to take in everything all at once you would experience an overload of sensation. With the filtering most of your memory would go into the short-term memory category unless repeated. The part of your brain that does this is called the Thalamus. For your speech you would want to read and obtain the information, you would then want to write your essay so that you can read as you're writing, and lastly you would want to read and practice delivering your essay so that you can remember it better.
