Ok so the Y and X axis labels are just the names of the axis'es ow whatever the plural form of it is. Total distance traveled is just adding up all the numbers that the points show. The object moving the slowest is the lowest part on the graph. Instantaneous speed is how much speed you would go at 3 seconds. The average speed is the sum divided by the count, a.k.a. all of the numbers added together divided by the number of numbers there are. Finally, the object is moving forwards.
