Osmosis is the process by which molecules from a solvent with a lower concentration of concentrate enter into a solvent with a higher concentration through a semi-permeable membrane.

A solution with less concentrate than the cell is said to be Hypotonic.

In this instance, the cell has the higher concentration of salt so water(assuming the solution has water) molecules will move from the solution into the cell. This will cause the cell to swell.

The picture attached shows a red blood cell in different solutions. The Hypotonic solution is how a cell looks in a solution with more concentrate than it.
