What radical group advocates very strict adherence to Islamic law in Afghanistan especially as it relates to women

Mainly the Islamic State (ISIS). They treat women like dirt, stone and kill gays, and kill those who don't obey Sharia Law in Islam. Islamic Doctrine teaches all the things I listed. And ISIS follows Sharia Law STRICTLY.
