I did some research on this today for class, here is what I wrote if you want an understanding why I think A is the answer: Exercise can cause a temporary boost in the production of macrophages, the cells that attack bacteria. During moderate exercise, immune cells circulate through the body more quickly and are better able to kill bacteria, which can help you not get colds and viruses, after a few hours the immune system will return to normal, the more you exercise the longer the effects will last. So the more you exercise the better your immune system will be!
