While you are gathering information from the primary source, you are learning to think critically, and that is huge if you want to make a good research essay. Who knows you might even find good quotes related to the topic. A secondary source is what people use most, maybe a w*bsite that has information of what you need on it. When you put something into g****gle what will usually come up are secondary sources.
