What does our school need most (pause) that's the question I've been told to answer, and it's simple really. I've prepared a list of 3 things that our school needs most. First, we need reliable peers, next we need motivation to learn, and last but certainly not least, we need less of things. Now lets dig a little deeper on these 3 things. Reliable peers, this includes teachers, students including myself, principals, counselors, PTA members, lunch helpers, janitors, and anyone else that attends or works at (name of school). Reliable, what's the definition of reliable, let's see. Consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted. Consistent meaning over and over again, good NOT perfect, quality or performance, you must improve because if it's consistent as it should be you will get better, able to be trusted, in other words, trustworthy So let's see what we've broken it down into. Over and over again you are good, not perfect and doing so your qualities will improve, trustworthy being an important quality. Next, motivation to learn, whether this means simply taking a break every 30 minutes or playing games to learn. How can anyone learn if they're not motivated to. Less of things, less cheating, less depression, less physical and mental pain. You have no idea when someone is suffering from one of these things. I said less cheating your thinking how can someone suffer from cheating, the answer is guilt. Depression, this can lead to many bad things, I won't dig to deep on that right now. Pain, both physical and mental caused by bullying and consistent depression, those aren't the only two causes there's many more. Well now the big question is how can you help these people and stop these things from happening. Well there isn't a cure to these things so the best way to help is by being kind, having empathy, and by being reliable.
