Write about a time you felt out of place, awkward, and uncomfortable. Try not to focus on describing your feelings, but instead let your reader infer your feelings from your thoughts and actions.
Every year I get my class schedule and I don’t know if my friends are going to be in my classes with me. One year I walked into my science class I did not know most people and the others I was not friends with. We got to pick our own seats so everyone else sat with their friends. I did not know where to sit so I sat by myself and everyone ignored me that whole year in that class except for the teacher.
