If you really need to graph it go ahead but if you're to lazy like me you can know by looking at the equations. If you look at the y-intercept they are the same that means they share a common point. So they can't be parallel if they are touching. Now if we look at the slope one is positive and the other is  negative that means one is pointing upwards and the other one is pointing downward, that makes them perpendicular.
