A wildfire is an uncontrolled fire that burns in wildland vegetation, often in rural areas. Wildfires can burn in forests, grasslands, savannas, and other ecosystems and have been doing so for hundreds of millions of years. They are not limited to a particular continent or environment.

some context clues is that after the first sentence it say often in rual area so we know that its away from house so it must be in a plain spot then after it says rural area it goes on to say Wildfires can burn in forests, grasslands, savannas, and other ecosystems and have been doing so for hundreds of millions of years. so because of that sentence we know what rural area and because we know the meaning of that we know that vegation has something to do with forests
