If I had a friend who was struggling with their weight I would suggest three things. The first thing I would suggest is to plan out balanced meals. Balanced or healthy meals are very important in weight loss. The next thing I would suggest is to exercise. I would tell them to find an exercise routine that they enjoy so they are more likely stick to it. Lastly I would tell them to get good sleep since it is harder to lose weight with out proper rest.
