Hyperbole is a type of figurative language in which exaggeration is used to emphasize an idea. In sentence 2, the speaker says the turkey weighs a million pounds to emphasize its size and weight.

Simile is a comparison made between two different things with the help of words such as "like" or "as". Metaphor is also a comparison between different things, but without the use of "like" or "as".

In sentence 3, the word "like" is used when comparing the foods to planets. In sentence 5, the word "like" is not used when comparing the pie to heaven.

Alliteration consists of repeating the same consonant sound at the beginning of words that are close to each other in the sentence. That is what happens in number 4 with "dazzled", "delicious", "decadent", "diverse", and "dishes".
