Hey I'm getting braces on 2 weeks and I need a few tips besides eat soft food for the first few days please give me tips if you Had or Have braces don't use me for points Btw it looks like this :)
I currently have braces and at first they are going to cause a slight pain to your teeth, make sure you brush them even more then usual and more thoroughly, brush your teeth after each meal if possible.
