I can conclude that the speaker is a child, considering his childish way of speaking. He is probably from the south, maybe in the 1800s or 1900s. But he is definitely young.
The person up there is right but he is young but not to the point where he is 4,3,5,2 years old either maybe 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 years old but then thats maybe a little more accurate.
