Alta is a home health care aide. She usually visits elderly patients who are recovering from recent surgery. Alta not only checks on how they are healing but also performs tasks like helping them bathe or eat a meal. Explain why Alta’s job is important and what qualities you think that Alta needs as she performs her tasks.​

Alta needs to be caring and gentle and she also needs to be responsible

Alta’s job is extremely important to those who do not have other people or family members to help them while recovering. She needs to be patient with them and also be gentle to not hurt anyone on accident. {Hope this helps :)}
