Jerome got in the elevator on the first floor of his office building. He went up 20 floors to his office. Then, Jerome took the stairwell down 2 floors for a morning meeting. After the morning meeting, he took the elevator down 8 floors for lunch in the cafeteria. Then, Jerome took the stairwell up 4 floors for an afternoon meeting. On which floor was his afternoon meeting?

So, currently he is on 20 - 2 = 18 floor.

Current position is 18 - 8 = 10 floor.

Finally, he walk 4 floors upstairs for after noon meeting.

Final position is 10 + 4 = 14 floor.

Therefore, in the end he is in 14 floor for the afternoon meeting.
