i know this might be a gross question but for all u girls out there can u pls tell me a good way to get rid of period cramps i ran out of pain relievers yesterday and the internet isnt helping

It's not gross. It's completely normal. Hot baths help relieve my cramps.

~Heat Pads

~Rest

~Yoga

~Hot Tea
