0.07x +16 is the second choice (set the two data plans equal to each other)

0.09x +10 = 0.07x +16  (subtract 0.07x from both sides)

0.02x +10 = 16 (subtract 10 from both sides)

0.02x = 6  (divide both sides b 0.02 to isolate x)

x= 300 MB of data (the answer)
