To answer these questions, you need to know what slope intercept form is, which is y=mx +b (m is the slope) 

An example is y=4x-2

So, you have y=6. the slope is zero, so you just have y=6.
This happens as well for y=-4.
For the last equation, isolate y so it would be y=x-4

20) y=6+0

22) y=-4+0

24) y=x-4

P.S The slope-intercept form is y=mx+b

m is the slope & b is the y-intercept.
