number 15 is no because 67.2 is the same as 67.20. look at a decimal chart it will show u that the 2 is in the tenths place and taking away the zero won't make a difference. also 2 can't round up to 3 because its lower than 5.
number 16 is no because 93 and 97 come before 99 and u count them first before u count 99 so u get to 93 and 97 faster.
