The field of agriculture over the years had continued to develop, with more and more people leaving the industry for other jobs elsewhere. This has led it to reach a point whereby the industry can no longer sustain this, and now needs more labour.

Originally, agriculture had been knows to be a very hard and labour intensive job, with long working hours and poor conditions, this has led to many people in the last few decades leave the industry, and further had led to the new generation being reluctant to join the industry. This therefore has led to their shortage of labour.

In most developing countries, machines and other specialized equipment does most of the work on a farm, however machines just can’t do everything, that’s where humans come in.

So the demand for agricultural workers had risen as a result of people leaving the industry, and agriculture has become one of the most promising carrerrs, run high pay, and decent living conditions.
