If there is a increase in the Population of either Wolf or Bear then the Population of the elk would gradually decrease as most of them gets eaten by either Wolf or Bear and also either some of the wolf or Bear would die due to hunger if like they always depend on elk so some of the population of either wolf or Bear would decrease.
