The landscape of Florida has not changed over time like that of colorado because the rock structures of colorado are much older than that of florida. Colorado also experiences a lot of tectonic plate movement. This led to the colorado river flowing through it and through weathering and erosion the landscape changed. Florida is not affected by the same things so the landscapes change in different pace
