The positive things the Equal Rights Amendment would have done for women in America was the provision of equal chances to women in every field of society. The women now work as a labour or work in any field just like men in order to support her family. Much of the criticism around the Equal Rights Amendment focused on the upsetting of traditional gender norms. Yes, I am in the favour of this amendment because this amendment removes all inequalities on the basis of gender, race and other factors. Due to this Equal Rights Amendment, people belongs to any race or religion can speak freely and also practice any religion they want so this amendment has a very good effect on the society and the society gains prosperity and development in every field.
