Sleep helps us in many ways like it supports your growth by secreting growth hormones from the pituitary gland, freshens our body, feel active and comfortable.
Sleep gives us a break from our continuous thinking and learning activities. It strengthens the memories that you formed throughout the day.
It supports growth. But recuperation is something that is not related to sleep.
