Answer: there are many changes one can make in their diet to better follow the recommended daily food plan such as adding more veggies to your diet or cutting out the majority of simple carbs in your diet and replace them with complex carbs for example instead of having a donut for breakfast switch that for a whole grain piece of toast and instead of eating a bag of chips you can trade those out for a handful delicious flavored nuts. A diet packed with protein can benefit ones diet in many ways such as providing more energy. So all in all add more veggies to your diet, cut out most simple carbs, eat more protein and try to eat whole foods.
