Always transport cylinders with valve caps or other valve protection in place. Pulling cylinders by their valve caps, rolling them on their sides or dragging or sliding them can cause damage.

  • When compressed gas cylinders are transported underground are they shall be secured in the horizontal configuration in a substantial rack that will be prevented from rolling and movement during transport and also, protects the valve ends of the cylinders.
  •  When the Cylinders shall be transported without regulators it attached and then with the valve protection caps in those places.
  •  After then the cylinders arrived at their location for use or storage, then they shall be immediately removed from the conveyance and then rack, also placed in a storage rack in the vertical position, and so, there are securely restrained to prevent tipping or falling there.
