My teacher assigned a short assignment on Wednesday and made it due Thursday, I had to finish my missing chemistry assignments and I thought this assignment wouldn't matter much so I skipped it and focused on chemistry, she ended up splitting this assignment into 3 different grades and it brought down my grade 30 points, I have it completed now but she already graded it as a 0 on Thursday so I'd have to email her letting her know, what do I say?

Email her saying that you completed it and would like credit for it. Depends on the policy
