  • I would recommend putting some time aside for yourself.
  • List and ask your what gives you stress. Like what makes you stress more?
  • Try listening to your favorite music, or listen to calm music to help you calm down.
  • Try to talk to someone about what makes you stress. Like a trusted friend or trusted adult. (I don't think therapy is needed but unless its a big problem dealing with your stress then maybe yes.)
  • Maybe write down your problems and try to find a solution to dealing with your stress.
  • Try and take a deep breath and count to 10. If someone like a person is giving you stress, talk to them about it. Don't start an argument when you and them can work it out.
