Can you skip a grade even if you got an F in one subject in a grade period? If so, what can you do to skip a grade? (Like do you have to take a test, summer school, etc.)
If you got a F in one subject, you first have to take credit recovery till your grade is a B or an A, then go through the process of applying and take a test.
