Im not sure how to delete it but I do know how to change it.
1. Right click on ONLY the picture
2. Hit the option that says personalize. This should take you to an option where it allows you to change the screen.
3. You can browse on g.o.o.g.l.e. and download a picture onto your laptop of your desire. Go back to where you can change the screen and upload the downloaded picture.
