1. people should devolop healthful eating habits and physical activity goals because, doing so will keep them physically fit, and keep them healthy.

2. Writting the right goals are very important becuase you dont want to do a goal that is way to advanced for both you and your body. For examle, you dont want to do loose 50 pounds in 1 week. Thats just not possible.

3. people would want to quit drinking sugary drinks becuase, sometimes they have really high calories, they can cause high cholestrail, and lastly they can cause lack of sleep.

4.someone who struggles with fittness testing would want to do better next time because, they might want to prove to themselve that THEY CAN DO IT, or they might want to achieve there goal.

5. someone who is overweight might desire to loose weight becuase, peers or they might not be friendly. Or just to overall look, feel, and be better.

6. someone would have motavation to eat healthy and get enough physical activity because they want to look and feel better. they might have it as a goal that they want to acheive.
