Why do you think the Bill of Rights contains the right to a trial by jury? What is important about the right to have a jury decide someone’s guilt or innocence?
It is important for any man to be treated innocent before proven guilty and we have the right to a trial with a jury so twelve different people of mixed race gender etc can decide based on facts and not bias.
