During the late 1900’s Japan some of the things japan invested in were; starting to get infrastructure, regulatory systems, and communication systems developed. Due to those investments it led to many other new developments. Such as modern roads, laying railroad, telegraph lines, a modern postal system, a banking system, a financing infrastructure, and a modernized school system.
