The one that is not a correct description is the third option: the culture of the Byzantine empire became less diverse.  The empire was a melting pot of Grecian influences, Roman, Armenian, and a number of other cultures. When the Western Empire fell, it wasn't as if the plug had been pulled on this cosmopolitan nation.So the third option is not a reason for falling
