I am a high school student and I am trying to get in to this research internship at Columbia University. I have to email this professor about why I'm interested but I am very nervous to do so. Please help me start the email!!!!! I would really appreciate who ever helps

Always start off very professional. Such as..

Dear Professor...,

My name is... and tell him why you want this internship so bad. You can say something like this could really help me get more experience and this is my dream job or whatever the real reason is!!

Then end by signing your name..
