For someone who isn't happy with their body, the thought of the change veggies can make will lower their stress, and boost their self-esteem. It'll also show them and reflect on how much junk they've been eating for a long time. They will find out that there is much serotonin included in this diet as well, because there are so many ways people can enjoy veggies.
