Cecil lived in an orphanage all her life. She hated living there. Her desire was to make everyone’s life miserable so they could feel the same way. The orphanage gave tranquilizers some she would calm down but she grew obsessed with them. Sneaking out to get more she found more drugs. After finding them she ate them all and passed out. ( making her hit her head very hard) this made her go mental and crazy. She escaped the orphanage and became a runaway psychopath
